Ezekiel 34:25-31
I will make them and the places all around My hill a blessing; and I will cause showers to come down in their season; there shall be showers of blessing.
Ezekiel 34:26

There shall be showers of blessing because the Lord said so. This is the year of showers. God will send the rain of
blessing on us and we will be glad. When God sends His rain in due season it means you will not lack what you need per time. Hallelujah!

Hear the word of the Lord again: “I will make them and the places all around My hill a blessing; and I will cause
showers to come down in their season; there shall be showers of blessing” (Ezekiel 34:26). In agriculture and
meteorological sciences, showers are a type of rain that falls on individual clouds. They have times and seasons and come in for a time. That is why God says He will bring in showers to come in their season.

However, if you look at the passage, you will see that the qualification for these showers of blessing is personal
repentance, consecration and pursuit of holiness. It is premised on being connected to God’s presence – His holy
hill where He has placed His blessing. Hence, if you are one of those who despise and disrespect God’s holy hill, you may miss out on the showers and the intended fruitfulness and increase.

Let us repent and prepare for the blessing the Lord has in store for us. May the Lord bless us in Jesus’ name. Shalom.
