Praise To Our God

Isaiah 25:1-12
You, Lord, are my God! I will praise you for doing the wonderful things you had planned and promised
since ancient times.
Isaiah 25:1, CEV.

R passage from the Contemporary English Version of the Bible makes it an easy task for us to understand. It also helps to evoke the expected response of thanks and praise to our God.

The songwriter says, “You Lord are my GOD. I will praise you for doing the things that you have planned and
promised” (Isaiah 25:1, CEV). Do I have a witness? Yes. I am a witness to God’s faithfulness and truth. I exalt Him for doing wonderful things He has promised to do for me. Some of these wonderful things include:
1. Salvation.
2. Deliverance from our enemies.
3. Provision when we need it.
4. Safety for the poor and needy.
5. Shelter from the storm of life.

God has remained the stronghold and strong tower we can run to from time to time. Friend, the Lord has saved us. Let us celebrate His faithfulness and praise Him. With this joy, we can believe God for more. He will continue to protect us and keep us. Shalom.

Your Turn

  • Praise God and thank Him for His faithfulness in your life.
  • Thank Him for the wonderful things He has done.
  • Pray for me and my family to continue to experience the wonders of God. Thank you.

Song: Praise God Hallelujah!
