Psalm 147:1-20
Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit (Psalm 147:15, NIV).

Today, we will take time to praise and worship the

Lord. He is a good God and we are grateful for the love He has shown to us. Out of love He has taught us His ways through His word by the help of His Spirit. He has shown us how to discern and expose evil and error in our generation so we will not stumble. Our God is good.

We praise Him because “Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit” (vs.5, NIV). Despite the fact that his understanding is without limit, he has shared some of His secrets with us so we would know how to contend with the forces o f darkness in His name and win.

One thing I am sure of is that if God knew we were not able to withstand these evil men, He would not have told us to fight them. We rejoice in Him because we know He will do it through us. See Exodus 14:14.

Bless the name of the Lord because He delights in you. He has secured the days ahead of you because He is your portion and inheritance. See Psalm 16:5. Friend, we praise our God because, “He has revealed his word to us” (vs. 19-20, NIV). Let everyone that has hope of eternity with God praise the Lord. Shalom.
