I Will Carry You

Isaiah 46:3-4
I will be your God throughout your lifetime until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you. (Isaiah 46:4, NLT).

Continuing from where we stopped yesterday, I want to encourage you to trust in the Lord. His timing may not fit
your time, but He is trustworthy. He has said, “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.” (Isaiah 55:8, NLT).

Since this is true, let us trust His thoughts and His ways because they are better than ours and authentic. To convince us more, He spoke through Jeremiah saying, “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope” (Jeremiah 29:11). God knows the best. If He says, “I will help you”. Believe Him. Because He will do exactly what He says.

So, when God said, “I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you” (Isaiah 46:4, NLT). I believe Him. We need Him to carry us if not we will dash our foot against the stones of life, stumble and fall.

Friend, if God has carried you from birth and know your status from your mother’s womb, is it now that He would fail to carry you? If He has sustained you till now, why are you afraid of the future? Return and trust the Lord. Shalom.
