Isaiah 44: 1-5
For I will pour out water to quench your thirst and to irrigate your parched fields. And I will pour out my
Spirit on your descendants, and my blessing on your children.
Isaiah 44:3, NLT.

I say, “Amen” to the word of this prophecy. Oh, the depth of God’s love and care for us. We do not only serve a God who cares for us, we serve a God who cares for our children and their success too. He deserves our worship.

You see, if you are a parent in this time and you are not concerned for your children and their future, then I am
concerned for you. Even if we are not concerned God says, “I am concerned for your children, I see your concerns for them too. I will visit and bless them”.

In His plan of redemption, and restoration of our lives and businesses, that is our field, God says: “I will pour out my Spirit on your descendants, and my blessing on your children. They will thrive like watered grass, like willows on a riverbank” (Isaiah 44:3-4, NLT). Friend, let us rejoice in God and His words. Let us have hope that our children will be saved and be successful.

This reminds me of what the Lord says about the blessed man in Psalm 112: 2: “His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed”. That is God’s mind for them. May the Lord do as He has promised. May we live long to see the fulfilment of this word in our lives and that of our children in Jesus Name. Shalom.
