God Be Gracious To Us

Isaiah 30: 18-28
Therefore the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; And therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you (Isaiah 30:18).

To be gracious is to favor, to show kindness to an inferior and to be compassionate. I believe we all want the Lord to manifest all of these and more in our lives. The good news is that the Lord is already waiting to be gracious to us. He is waiting to bless and favor us. He wants to show us His kindness and be compassionate to us and our land. As we wait on Him and pray, I believe the Lord will respond to His word as we pray with faith in our heart. Let us pray.

1. Praise God for the assurances of His word and His promise to be gracious to us.
2. Praise Him for the many times we have experienced His favor and compassion.
3. Thank Him for His love for you and your family.
4. Thank Him for the compassion He continues to show to all His creations.
5. Tell the Lord where you want Him to show you His kindness.
6. Pray that the Lord will be exalted in your life.
7. Ask for the Lord’s mercy over you family.
8. Pray that the Lord will show mercy over your city, region and nation.
9. Pray that we will be compassionate to one another.
10. Thank God for all He has done for you this month.
