Expect A Shift In Your Favor

Exodus 10:16-20
And the Lord turned a very strong west wind, which took the locusts away and blew them into the Red Sea. There remained not one locust in all the territory of Egypt (Exodus 10:19).

If God could cause the west wind to blow the locusts away from the land of Egypt into the Red Sea, I believe He can cause the wind of His favor to blow in my direction and shift things in my favor.

Our God is powerful and there is nothing He cannot do. Let us quit limiting Him with our understanding. Let us not allow the things that we see to define the things that we cannot see.Faith focuses on the invisible and trusts God to change the visible. See Romans 4:17; Hebrews 11:1. If God created the world from non-existing things then He can change our situation, work a miracle in our lives in the way we do not expect.

Pharaoh’s heart was hardened by the Lord in order to display His power and reveal Pharaoh’s foolishness. Pharaoh thought he was in charge. Yet, at every point that he misbehaved, God showed him who was in charge.Maybe someone is attacking or victimizing you or your family, pray and ask the Lord to answer them. Pray that the Lord will send His west wind to shift things in your favor.

Remember, as soon as the wind blew, the locust departed and calm was restored. When the Lord shifts things in your favor, the pain and the disappointment of the past will be forgotten. Shalom.
