Acts 26:19-23
Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great… ( Acts  26:22).

The Bible is full of promises for us to claim and examples of persons and experiences we could learn from and emulate. One of such persons is Paul. His life exemplifies what it means to live and move in God. He demonstrated how to live a life of power.

While standing trial before King Agrippa, Paul spoke in defense of his life and recounted his experiences with the Lord before and after his conversion. One of the statements that stood out to me is our focal text: “Therefore, having obtained help from God, to this day I stand, witnessing both to small and great…” (Acts 26:22).  Paul was bold to say that it was God’s help that had sustained him.

Friend, I believe the Lord would help us too if we will call on Him in faith. I do not know what the Lord has asked you to do for Him this year or the demand your job and life place on you, but this one thing I know you too can obtain help and stand in faith as you live daily.

We do not have to live like weaklings with no source of strength and help. God is for us. He wants to help us. See Psalm 46:1; 118:7a. Make the Lord your helper, you will not be disappointed.  Shalom.
